If anyone is found using two different IDs and logging in from the same IP, winnings in both accounts will be canceled.

Any bets deemed suspicious, including those placed from stadiums or related sources, may be voided at any time. The decision to void a particular bet or the entire market remains at the discretion of veelki.live. The final decision on suspicious bets will be taken by veelki.live and will be full and final.

11. Use and Interpretation:
The Exchange Rules and Regulations ("Exchange Rules") form part of the Terms and Conditions. These rules apply to all bets placed on Exchange markets and to the Exchange Multiples product (see Multiples section below for further details).

12. Currency Markets

All Currency markets will be settled using the first Spot price given by Bloomberg past the market closure time regardless of any subsequent amendment to the result (except if an amendment is announced within 24 hours of the initial settlement of the relevant market in order to correct an error in reporting the result).

13. Golf

General

Tournament bets will only be settled if the minimum number of holes stipulated in the Market Information has been completed. Where there is a presentation ceremony, markets will be settled on the official result of the relevant governing body at the time of the ceremony, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result.

If there is no presentation ceremony, outcomes will be determined in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result (except if an amendment is announced within 24 hours of the initial settlement of the relevant market in order to correct an error in reporting the result).

If a player does not start a tournament then all bets on that player will be void. Any player starting a tournament but withdrawing or being disqualified before the end of the tournament will be settled as a loser. If a tournament is shortened and settles the tournament markets then all bets matched after the last completed round will be void.

In any 'to qualify' market for any tournament the winners are the number of golfers that qualify for the tournament under the terms set out in the Market Information, whether they compete in the tournament or not.

Tournament Match Betting (72-hole match bets)

If a player withdraws without playing a stroke all bets on the relevant market will be void. If all players fail to complete a particular round for any reason, the winner is the player with the lowest total score after the previous round. If a player is disqualified or withdraws during any round they will be settled as a loser providing at least one other player completes that round. Should all players fail to complete the first round then all bets will be void.

Round Betting Markets

If a player withdraws without playing a stroke in that round all bets on the relevant market will be void. If one player fails to complete a round for any reason other than a withdrawal or disqualification then all bets will be void except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined. Any player withdrawing or being disqualified having played a stroke in that round will be settled as a loser providing at least one other player completes that round. Should all players fail to complete the round then all bets will be void.

Stroke Play Hole-by-Hole Markets

Should a hole not be completed for any reason all bets on that hole will be void unless the market has been unconditionally determined. Markets are settled on completion of the hole and any subsequent penalties or disqualification will not be taken into account.

Match Play Hole-by-Hole Markets

With the exception of a player or team conceding a hole (where they are deemed a loser), if a hole is not completed by any player or team all bets on that hole will be void unless the market has been unconditionally determined. Any player or team withdrawing or being disqualified having played a stroke on that hole will be settled as a loser providing at least one other player completes that hole. Markets are settled on completion of the hole and any subsequent penalties or disqualification will not be taken into account.

14. Greyhound Racing

General

All bets (excluding ante-post and Australian licensed markets) are placed on trap numbers. Greyhound names are displayed for information only. Markets are determined according to the official result at the time the track gives the result green light status. Subsequent disqualifications, appeals, or amendments to the result are disregarded.

If a non-runner or reserve runner is declared, all bets prior to market update will be void and all unmatched bets including ‘Take SP’ and ‘keep’ bets will be cancelled. If there are no finishers in any race or any race is declared void before the official result is declared then all bets will be void. If the scheduled venue is changed after the market has been loaded, all bets will be void.

Trap Challenge

Bets on 'Trap challenge' markets are based on which trap results in the most winners during a race meeting. Dead heat rules apply if two or more traps have equal numbers of winners. If a meeting is abandoned before completion, all bets are void unless at least one race has been completed.

Winning Distances

'Winning distances' bets are on the sum of the winning distances for all races during a meeting. The maximum distance in any race is 10 lengths. If only one finisher, the winning distance will be 10 lengths. Cancelled or void races count as 2 lengths. Dead heat rules apply. If at least one race is completed, bets stand.

Match Bets

'Match Bets' are determined by the greyhound with the higher finishing position. If neither finishes, bets are void. If only one finishes, that greyhound is the winner. 'Match Bets' for competition progress are determined by who qualifies furthest.

15. Horse Racing

General

All individual race markets will be determined according to the official result at the time of the 'weigh-in'. Subsequent disqualifications, appeals or amendments are disregarded. If a race is abandoned, declared void, or a walkover, all bets will be void.

If a scheduled venue changes after the market is loaded, all bets are void. If a surface type changes (e.g., turf to dirt), all bets stand.

Ante-post

In ante-post markets, all bets on an individual horse stand whether the horse runs or not. If a horse is balloted out, all bets on that horse will be void. If a horse dies or is scratched, its 'material runner' status determines whether all or specific bets are voided. For UK/IRE racing, the same principles apply.

Place Terms

The number of winners in 'to be placed' markets is determined with reference to the number of runners when the market is loaded. Once opened, this will not change due to further non-runners.

Winning Distance Bets

Winning distances bets are on the sum of winning distances at a meeting. The maximum individual race distance is 12 lengths for flat and 30 for jumps. Distances below half a length: Nose 0.05, Short-head 0.1, Head 0.2, Neck 0.3. Walkovers count as 5 lengths (Flat) or 12 (Jumps).

Non-Runner Rule

Reduction factors apply to remaining runners if a horse is declared a non-runner. In win markets, factors of 2.5%+ trigger reductions; in place markets, all non-runners’ factors apply. Reserves and reinstatements follow the same reduction principles. In-play bets are not reduced unless turned in-play in error.

16. Ice Hockey

All 'Regular Time' bets settle on results after regular time excluding overtime. 'Moneyline' markets include overtime and shootouts. 'Puck Line' markets include overtime. If less than 55 minutes played and no official result is called, bets are void unless unconditionally determined.

17. Rowing

If a crew starts but doesn’t finish, it’s a loser if another finishes. If none complete, all bets void. If a regatta is cancelled, all bets void except unconditional ones. Results follow governing body announcements at presentation ceremonies.

18. Rugby (Union & League)

'Tournament points' and 'tournament tries' bets include extra time. 'Time of first try' assumes 40-minute halves. Penalty tries count except for first try-scorer markets. If a match is abandoned, official governing body results determine settlement; otherwise, only unconditionally determined markets stand.

19. Snooker & Pool

If a match starts but not completed, the player progressing or declared winner is deemed winner. Bets on unplayed frames/games are void. Handicap bets void unless determined.

20. Soccer

If a Material Event (goal, penalty, red card) occurs before suspension, unfairly matched bets may be voided. Matches not started by 23:59 local time or not completed within 3 days void unless rescheduled within 3 days. In friendlies, bets apply to full scheduled duration. Shirt numbers include own goals. 'Time of first goal' markets follow 10-minute intervals. 'Top scorer' markets count goals only in the named competition.

21. Swimming

Markets settle on official governing body results at the ceremony or announcement. Amendments within 24 hours correcting an error may lead to resettlement.

22. Tennis

If a player retires/disqualified before completing one set, all bets void. If one set completed, progressing player wins. Venue/surface changes do not affect bets. Match format changes void bets except unconditionally determined ones.

23. Winter Sports

Markets settle on official governing body results at the ceremony. If no ceremony, the official result applies unless amended within 24 hours. If abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets void unless completed within 7 days or a result is called. 'Match bets' follow general rules.

24. Volleyball

All bets on Volleyball matches are settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or suspended and not completed within three days of the scheduled start date, all bets will be void except for those markets which have been unconditionally determined.

In the case of sets betting (e.g., “set winner” or “correct set score” markets), if the required number of sets are not completed, all bets will be void unless the outcome has already been determined. If the format of the match (number of sets) changes, all bets will be void.

25. Esports

Esports bets are settled according to the official results published by the event organizer. If a match is not completed or a participant forfeits, the opponent is deemed the winner. Any match postponed for more than 72 hours will result in all bets being void unless the market has been unconditionally determined. Disqualifications, replays, or administrative decisions by event organizers are included only if announced within 24 hours of the original result.

All esports markets include overtime or sudden death unless stated otherwise in the Market Information. If the match is replayed due to a technical issue, all bets placed after the start of the initial match are void.

26. Motor Sports (Formula 1, MotoGP, Rally etc.)

All results are based on the official classification from the relevant governing body at the time of the podium presentation. Any disqualification or amendment after 24 hours does not affect settlement. If a race is shortened but official results are declared, bets will stand.

If a race is postponed, abandoned or cancelled and not rescheduled to be completed within 7 days, all bets will be void unless otherwise stated. Qualification or practice markets settle on official results. Any driver or rider who fails to start will be deemed a non-runner.

27. Politics and Entertainment

Markets on elections, awards, or public votes will be settled on the officially declared results by the relevant organization. In case of recounts or appeals, results announced after 24 hours will not affect settlement. If an event is cancelled or postponed beyond 30 days, bets will be void unless otherwise noted in Market Information.

28. Weather and Specials

Markets involving temperature, rainfall, or other measurable weather events are settled on data from the official meteorological source stated in the Market Information. If the specified measurement location changes or becomes unavailable, the closest available official reading will be used. If data cannot be confirmed within 72 hours of the scheduled measurement time, bets will be void.
