1. Introduction

7. Deposits, Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits are credited once confirmed by the relevant gateway or financial provider.

9. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Velki Live, Cric Infotech N.V., or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including but not limited to lost profits, data, or goodwill.

The user acknowledges that betting and gaming involve inherent financial risk. By participating, you accept full responsibility for potential losses and confirm that you are aware of all related implications. Velki Live’s total liability shall not exceed the total deposits made in your account during the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF)

Velki Live strictly adheres to AML and CTF obligations as mandated under Curaçao Gaming Regulations and FATF Recommendations. The Company maintains internal monitoring systems to detect and prevent illicit activity.

Stage 1 – Internal Review: Our Compliance Department investigates and replies within 10 business days.
Stage 2 – Regulatory Escalation: If unresolved, the matter may be referred to the Curaçao Gaming Authority or an approved ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) body.
Stage 3 – Final Determination: Decisions from the regulator or ADR entity shall be binding to both parties as per international gaming law.

Velki Live commits to treating all complaints fairly, objectively, and without discrimination. Users are encouraged to retain copies of all communications for record purposes.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on veelki.live — including text, graphics, source code, trademarks, and logos — are protected under international copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction, republication, or redistribution without prior written consent from Cric Infotech N.V. is strictly prohibited.

The Velki Live brand, logo, and associated marks represent registered intellectual property of Cric Infotech N.V. Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal prosecution under applicable jurisdiction.

15. Data Protection & Privacy

Any remaining balance following termination (not linked to unlawful activity) will be returned to the verified payment source.
Repeated violations may result in permanent exclusion from the Velki network.
All data retention after closure follows legal obligations under Curaçao Gaming Authority guidelines.

17. Force Majeure

Velki Live shall not be liable for failure or delay arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemic, network failure, or governmental restrictions. Obligations suspended under such conditions will resume once normal operation is restored.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any dispute, claim, or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Willemstad, Curaçao. Users acknowledge that Curaçao Gaming Authority acts as the primary regulatory body overseeing compliance and consumer protection.

19. Updates & Revisions

Velki Live reserves the right to modify these Terms periodically to reflect legislative changes, compliance requirements, or operational improvements. The updated version will bear a revised “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of all amendments.
